torney Theodore Tltue, acting for
two of ,her bom, Messrs. Thomas
and Aarojf Adams. The injnnction
will be either dissolved or made per
manent by Judge Robert O. Mitchell
on the 20th of February.
The case presents several Interest
ing legal points. The enjolners were
not named as heirs In the last wilt
and testament of Mrs. Adams. They
claim that they are entitled to a
share of her estate by process of law.
The Injunction states that the estate
of Thomas Adams, husband of Mrs.
Adams, whose death preceded her's,
was homesteaded In 18(9. They
state that-this homestead was In
force as long as the wife survived,
but that on her death It reverted
to the estate of her husband; that
It was not her's to will, and that as
legal heirs of their lather they have
a right to share in the distribution
of the estate.

WHAT THE
NATIONAL BISCUIT- CO'MPANY
STANDS FOR
V —The scientific, reconstructed baking industry, whereby
’ the goodness and nutrition of Biscuit and Crackers
have been marvelously enhanced.
—The new method of protection by which all dust, dirt
and moisture are completely excluded from the package
and the freshness and goodness of its contents are care
fully preserved.
This is the trade mark which appears
in red and white on each end of the
package as an absolute pledge both
of the quality of the baking arid the
purity of the packing.
For example try Graham Crackers—-«o different from
the ordinary graham cracker*—different in baking—different
in flavor—different in packing. More palatable—more satisfy
ing—more nutritious. Mode of the purest Graham flour and baked
in a manner understood only by the National Biscuit Company.
