efficient and successful conduct of
said institution.
Third. The Petitioner* further
show to the Court that they have no
capital stock or corporate assets oth
er than a suitable college building,
with a campus of eight acres at
tached; that the purpose of their In
corporation Is not the acquisition of
pecuniary gain or profit, but only the
furtherance of higher education in
this community ond In this state.
And to this end they pray further
that they may be authorized to In
crease their number to twenty-one by-
election, and In the same way to fill
such vacancies In their Body as may
from time to time occur, to choose a
President of the Board of Trustees
