S. S. S. is recognized everywhere not only aS the l est of all "blood puri
fiers and the greatest of all tonics, but the one. medicine that can be taken
with absolute safety by even-one. Young or old, tlio^e ia robust health, or
those whose systems are delicate and run-down, may use it with the same
good results, and equally without fear of any unpleasant or injurious after
effects. Next in importance to removing the cause of*a::y disease Is the
condition in which the system is left after a course of medical treatment..
Medicines containing mercury, potash or ether strong mineral ingredients
often do permanent injury by.eating out the delicate lining and tissues of
the stomach, producing chronic Dyspepsia, unfavorably affecting the bowels,
and so deranging the system otherwise, that even if the original disease had
been removed from the system it is left jn such a weakened ar.d deranged
condition that the health is permanently impaired. S. S. S. enjoys the dis
tinction of being the only blood medicine on the market that does not contain
a mineral ingredient of some kind. It is made entirely of the healing, cleans
ing extract! and juices of roots, herbs and barks gathered directly fretu tht
forests and fields of nature, under our own supervision, and when they reach
our laboratory contain all their original valuable tonic aiid blood purifying
properties. We offer a reward of ffi.ooo'for proof that S. S S. contains a
particle of mineral in any form. Being made entirely from these vegetable
ingredients S. S. S. is absolutely harmless to the system, and while curing
■disease adds health and strength to every part of the body, S 3. S. cures
Rheumatism, Catarrh, Scrofula, Sores and Ulcers, Skin Diseases, Contagious
Blood Poiso^, and all other blood troubles by removing the cause and sup-
plying the circulation with health-giving and strength-producing qualities.

DISORDER ATi DEPOT.
Visitor Calls Attention to Negroes
Around White Waiting Room.
A visitor to Thomasvilie from one
of the nearby towns yesterday even
ing voiced a complaint to the Times-
Entcrprlse of certain conditions at
the depot of the Atlantic Coabt Line.
He said: “There-is supposed *to
be two waiting rooms at the depot,
one for white people and; one for
colored. It should he the duty of
tne depot employees to keep the
races operate, but they fall to do
this. The colored people crowd all
over the platform, 6tand In front of
the door of the white waiting room,
sit on the railing right at the door,
and otherwise trespass on the terri
tory that should be reserved for the
whites.
‘ This makes ft very unpleasant
for visitors to your city, especially to
ladies who come here to do their
shopping. It is worse on Saturdays
when most of them come here from
the country towns, than on any
other day, for then the crowds of
negroes are thickest. I think every- 1
body will agree with me that this
is an evil that should be regulated,
and I hope you will call the atten
tion of the proper authorities to this
matter that annoys the visitors to
your city.”
