purpose of nominating all county of

the 4th day of Juno 1908.
I. That all the rules adopted by
the State Democratic Executive Com
mlttee as to the holding ot said elec*

that only a plurality shall be yequlr*
od to nominate.
}. That the rules adopted by the
.Democratic Executive Committee of
the' Second Congressional District as
