THE BANfiEft, SAfuAlUY MORNING, MAY 30, 1903,
WORN TO A SflADOW. Has Stood the Test.
When there is a falling of! in flesh IB
woman or man there is '’something
wrong.” And that something wrong if
generally a loss of nutrition due to di^
ease of the stomach and the other organa
of digestion and
nutrition. Some
times this loss of
flesh is a c c o m -
panied by variable
appetite, but in
many cases the ap
petite does not fail
and there may l>e
a constant desire
to eat. Languor,
nervousness, irri
tability, sleepless
ness, are symptoms
often ass»>ciated
with this loss of
nutrition and fal

That was decided upon at the session
ot tho ttustees of that institution in lli-
con yesterdiy.
For years it has been the rule to have
only preachers as president of Wesleyan,
but yesterday, Prof D. y Abbott, of
this city, who is a member of the board
o’ trustees, iutrrdcced a resolution to
allow the office to be filled by a layman,
and the resolution was passed.
When the ballots for pres dent had
been deposited and counted it was found
that every vote had been i».t for Mr.
Guerry. Mr. Guerry was uotifi d and
accepted the position tendered him by
the unanimous vote of the board ol
trustees.
The board decided to elect au assist
ant to the president the assistant to be
a preacher aud to till the chair of meta
physics and ethics in the institution.
