WHY EMPLOY AN ARCHITECT?
A structure that is built without
plans is a failure. The Owner is of
ore permanent state of mind about
his house after he gets it—a state of
dissatisfaction.
This is because the details of ar
rangement were not worked out be
fore the construction was begun. The
mistakes were built in. The Archi
tect reduces mistakes to a minimum
before the hammer and saw get to
work.
He saves money for the Owner—
and much worry!
