r f • .. • ^ ' V THE BANNER, THUR8DAY MORNING, MAY 18, 1916. v — PAGE TWENTY-ONE THE BANNER’S BIG AUTO SHOW 3-Big Days--3 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, MAY 23-24-25 = Everybody Cordially Invited Announcement The Banner has arranged to promojte an Automobile Show in this city on May 23rd, 24th and 25th. It has leased the large store room in the Auditorium building, a portion being occupied by the James Music Co., and in this building every make of Automobile will be on display. No admission will be charged and music will be furnished afternoons and evenings. The Show will be exclusively for the dealers in automobiles, tires, oils and other accessories to the automobile. The Show will commence on Tuesday morning, May 23rd, and last through Thursday, May 25th. All dealers in automobiles are invited to have on display one of the machines sold by them. There is no charge for the space; absolutely, everything free to the exhibitor; the Banner furnishes it all and extends a cordial invitation to all to take advantage of the exhibition which will be one of the largest Auto Shows given in this state. - On Wednesday, the 24th, there will be an Automobile Parade; no decorations,! just a plain automobile. Every one who owns a machine is invited to enter the Parade. FREE—Valuable Prizes-FREE The Banner will award a valuable prize to six of those who enter the parade on Wednesday. There are no require- mentsfor obligations on the part of the entries to secure a prize. No cars are to be decorated. Enter the parade just as you would drive to the city or just as you would drive around the city. The only requirement being that you form in line at the beginning point and continue in the parade until it is disbanded in front of the show room. - - * . Here is what the Banner proposes to do: A number will be given you for your car; the corresponding number will be placed in a sealed receptacle. When the parade has ended, the numbers will be drawn from this receptacle and the first numberdrawn will receive the first prize, the second number, the second prize and so on until the six numbers have been drawn.
