THE VICTORY MEETING. .
The annual meeting of the alumnae
of tho Lucy Cobb Institute will take
place on Tuesday, May 31st. ,
This Is to be called “The Victory
Meeting"' because, everybody Is so
happy over the tact that Athens paid
olf the debt on Lucy Cobb anfl also
made a substantial beginning on tho
endowment fund.
The Lucy Cobb and the local chap
ter of tho Lucy Cobb alumnae will on-
tertaln’ the visiting alumnae from
other parts of tho state and country,
and the two days of the Lncy Cobh
commencement devoted tp this de
lightful task will he brilliant social
features.
Miss Millie Butherford will give the
alumnae oration this year and a treat

On Tuesday, after the Alumnao as-
