in several important stocks took
place during the early part of the
week, bringing the averages to ap
proximately the same low levels of

demand. Many of the ne prices
are merely to place values on a
rarity with high cotton anil do not
represent any large sales. The

vanced spot goods or any stocks
coining to hand, about one cent a
