creases the list prices of Incan
descent lamps approximately 10
per cent This Is the third re
duction In lamp prices since
April 1, 1922, when a decrease
of about 9 per cent was made,
in October, 1929, another reduc
tion of about 8 per cent wee
made. The prices are now down
to at level below the pre-war
prices for both vacuum and'gas-
filled types, ami in tho case of
the gas-filled lamp the new
prices are the lowest In tho his
tory of the Industry.
