ANTIOCH CHRISTIAN ENDAVOR RALLY TODAY Sunday morning (today) at 1( from every section of Oconee coun ty will gather at Antioch Christ ian church, which is thb oldest church for the Disciples of Christ in the state, to enjoy a Christian Endeavor Rally. Dr. O. H. Green- well, of Atlanta. Ga., will deliver r strong sermon in the morning and In the afternoon the session will be devoted entirely to Christian En- leavor. Many district nnd stato of ficers will be in atendnnee. At noon a picnic dinner will be servec' on the grounds and served to the people In attendance. Pictures ol the Rally will be made for the slides of Christian Endeavor in Georjla which will go on the screen as soon as the films are completed. G. L. NORTHEAST GEORGIA TO OFFER AWARDS TO BEST 80CIETIE8 The Northeast Georgia Christian Endeavor Union will award three Banners at the District Convention in Elbcrton, Ga., In October to the best society in groups one, which Includes Athens, Elberton Winder Jefferson and other places. Grotip two will include Rural Societies, while the Junior Banner will be given to the best Junior organisa tion In District. Each society it urged to work hard until the Con vention and stand a chance of win ning the Banner. Honor Rolls wir also be placed at the Convention. BANNER 80CIETV ADOPTS ORPHAN AT DAMOH.
