side of Nacoochee Avenue* in the
City ot Athens, .from it* southern
intersection. with Bouldvard to its
Northern intersection with. Prince
Avenue, which is without the fire
limits and an extension of sidew-alk
paving already laid within said firo
limits; to provide for the assess
ment of the costl of the same
against the abutting property and
the owners thereof; and for other
purposes.”
Be it ordained by the Mayor and
Council of the City of Athens, and
it is. hereby, ordained by author
ity of the name, aa follows:

City of Athens, and which is
an extension of the sidewalk, pav
