endorsed the change. It is possi

It was stated Tuesday that the
League of Women Voters here,
which opposes the change, will
wire the chairman of tho commit
tee its stand on the measure.
The change provides for in
crease of the personnel to five 1
members, two to be elected from!

present commissioners are serving
six year terms each. The two
council representatives would!
serve only during their term of 5
