One in Hospital, Another in Jail Homer Williams ia in St Mary's hospital suffering from bullet wounds and Henry Warren is, in the county jail without bond pend ing the outcome of Williams’ in juries. Williams tried to shoot Warren about midnight Saturday night in Tip-Foot’s Alley, just off Broad street, but the latter was quickest on the trigger, it is said. Both men are negroes. After the shooting Warren went to the county jail and gave him self up to tho authorities. Sev eral negroes were standing near the two men when the shooting took place.
