(By A.soelated Pren) MACON;—The defense in the esse of Dr. C. A. Yarbrough Wednesday after about an hour’s argument and a few min utes later the state an nounced the conclusion of it’s case. As the defense closed its case, Sheriff Hicks was called by the state in re buttal and after a few minutes the state’s case was'also concluded, much to the surprise of the many spectators who packed the court room.
