OKLAHOMA CITY.—No disturbances or disor
ders marked the opening of the polls here at six
o’clock Tuesday morning for voting in the special
statewide election, which is to decide the question as
to whether or not the Legislature of the state has the
right to convene itself, for an investigation into the
official conduct of certain state officials.

DUSSELDORF.—The Security Police Force of
this city, which 'has been formally charged with the
entire responsibility for last Sunday’s rioting in'
which almost a score of people were killed and more
than four hundred' others were injured, has been
decreed out of existence by the occupation authori
ties, it was announced here Tuesday.
The French troop» will continue to police the city

It is. believed that .the Security Police Will either
be expelled from the region or imprisoned, though no
definite action in this direction has beer, taken.
Immediately, after-the rioting quieted, the French
authorities placed the blame for the trouble on the
police. The riot occurred when the police fired into
and broke up a meeting here Sunday at which hun
dreds of Separatist sympathizers were gathered.
