It’s “homecoming” day in Athens—and the Univer sity—and hundreds of old Georgia boys will be back. It will be a colorful day here, one worth going miles and miles to enjoy. Athens is bedecked in the colors of both colleges— the Red and Black of Georgia and Orange and Jilue of the Old Dominion. Both are flying in friendly breezes and a spirit of keen rivalry but strongest friendship will prevail. The game itself will get under way at three o’clock on Sanford Field and the public has been requested to be in their seats by 2:30. There are plenty of seats. They will be on sale at Costa’s until noon Saturday and at the box office on the field after that hour. j„ f Preceding the gamo will be the big parade^at 11 o’clock by the Georgia cadet corps of R. O. T. C.’s. This parade will be followed by Armistice day ceremonies from the platform of the Bhackelford Building. In addition to the football attraction of the day will be the Special dollar bargains offered by the merchants who arc participating in the Trade Month. In this con nection there will be five $20 gold pieces awarded at noon in front of the campuo gate on Broad street. Hold ers of coupons are urged to be there at that time. Saturday is one of the big days in Athens for tK% year and there will be something doing amost every minute of the day and for all people who come here no matter whether they are football enthusiasts or not.
