Colonel Kimbrough baa been previously on duty with the Georgia guard aa an instructor and many objections were made about a year ago when ho was relieved and givan active duty at Fort McPherson. Under army regulations the time limit for service with the national guard had xptred, but next month Colonel Kimbrough will be eligible for duty again* Senator Harris and Adjutant General Charles H.
