the juicy joy of it |
To make sure of a perfect pit% bake it with Red Band—
the kitchcn-testcd flour that can’t go wrong.
And because Red Band is so evenly balanced in glutens
and starches you will find that it requires far less shorten
ing to make crackly-crisp pie-crust.
And it’* a marvelous cake flour, too!. In.fact, you’ll
find it fine for all things bakeable.
Every batch, is trial-baked
We siiccess-insure Red Band before it leaves the
mill by actually baking a part of every batch in our
Model Kitchen. If it doesn’t behave per- it—
fcctly in our oven, it never gets into yours. |j •
Include a sack of Red Band in today’s order. farjlK
