CGHECK EFFICACY OF
KELLOGS'S ALL-BRAN
itk
Show Why This Delicious
- Cereal Overcomes Common
Constipation
| There are scientific reasons for
| the success of ALL-BRAN in pre
| venting and relieving common con
stipation. Laboratory investigations
' show that it -supplies “bulk” to ex
|ercise the intestines; and vitamin
| B to promote appetite, and help tone
the intestinal tract.
These two important food-ele
' ments aid regular habits, and help
do away with the headaches, loss
of appetite and energy, so often the
'result of constipation. _
The “bulk” in ALL-BRAN is mild
in action — much like that of let
tuce. Inside the body, it forms a
soft mass, which gently clears the
intestines of wastes.
| Isn’t this pleasant “cereal wa{”
I far more healthful than using pills
and drugs—so often habit-forming!
I Just eat two tablespoonfuls of
Kellogg’s daily—enough for most
types of constipation. If not ree
lieved this way, see your doctor.
Besides, ALL-BRAN brings your
body twice as much blood-buildin%
| iron as an equal amount by weigh
}of beef liver.
| Special cooking processes make
" ALL-BRAN finer, softer, more palat
| able. Equally tasty as a cereal, or
|used in cooking. Recipes on the
| red-and-green %ackage. Sold by all
%rocirs. Made by Kellogg in Battle
| Creek.
