The action ol the City Council 'k^oking toward the purchase of a town clock is encouraging. We believe now the clock will be secur ed. It will be a great convenience to our business community, who are now dependent upon the tap of the college hell or the blowing of the steam whistles. We trust the com mittee and the city council will look at thisimatler in the same lignt.
