committee, further forbearance on
the part of our government to take
redrefs for the aggravated infults,
aggreffions, and palptble violation
cf our rights by the belligerent
powers ©f Europe, would be incon
fiftcnt with the independence of a
free people.

the prefent privation of our rights:
And fliould Coogrefs declare war,
we pledge our fives and fortunes in
fupport, until the redrefs for which
this narion takes up arms lhail be
attained, and our rights eftablifhed
