To crujb the Britifo fattier..
Cur fee men pent in floating hells ,
Our trade dejtroyed by ordirS}
And wr.fiward, hear the favage yells 4
triumphing in their murders:
See tbe bleeding matron die,
By tbe fellJ&vage fmitten,
Her Jlaughter'd infants round her lies
’ Its all the work of Britain.
Te gallant Feds , w beer ever fprecd,
Come and fk&re cur glories,
Tour fword Jheuld cut the cobweb

That links you to tbe tories.
Our Jlripes are flying over head,

For foldier foes, we've fleet and lead,
For traitors we have hanging.

A NEW PATRIOTIC SONG.
Columbians, roufo to glory ,
The trump of war alarms,
Around tbe tree of Liberty ,
Come buckle en your arms —
Defend the glorious heritage,
Tour fathers’ valor won,
So foall fame, crown each name,

Long has our country's vengeance
In mild forbearance Jlept,
While free- born fans of Liberty,
In bloody bondage wept —
Let now, ftnee Peace in War mufi

Tour valor teach tbe foe,

That ‘ tis Vengeance fir ikes the

The haughty fleets of Britain,
Afjail year native (bore,
Around each bay, to feek for prey,
Their tbund'ring cannon roar,
Bui Rogers and Decatur focr.
Their daring crefi /ball lower—
O'er their flain, on the wain,
Shall Columbia’s Eagle fear.
Soon on tbe Plains nf Abraham,
Our hardy fans foall rear,
The banner free, cf Liberty,
To haughty Britain's fear :
Nr ever quit the glorious field,
‘Till laurels nobly deck
