The petition of W. I. Abney, M. J.
Abney and li. P. Lawrence, all oi
said state aud county, shows, as fol
lows:
PAR. I.
That on the 13th day of October,
1904, they petitioned this Honorable
Court for u. churter incorporating
them under the name and style of the
DEEP ROCK GINGER ALE COMPA
NY, for the full term of twenty (20;
years, stating that they desired tne
capital stock of said oorporution to
be TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($20,000) with the right to increase
the capital stock by a majority stock
vote to the sum of Out Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($100,000) or any
Jesser Sum as might be provided in
tho by-laws, and with other rights
privileges as in said petition for ch
ter set out and tasked.
PAR. II.
That said petition for charter
duly filed and advertised as provided
by haw, and that on the 7th day
December, 1904, this Honorable Court
granted sold charter as prayed.
They further show that they
not organize under said charter, but
now desire to do so, after tho amend
inents thereto herein set forth and
prayed shall hove been allowed by
this honorable court.
