founded. Of special Interest to one
studying the class and character of
the new Industries Is the noticeable
large capitalization of some and the

are only just becoming factors In the
Southern business world.

TWO AND A HALF YEAR OLD
COLTS WORKING IN HARNESS
Yesterday morning Mr. John R.
While, owner of extensive manufac
turing, banking and agricultural In
terests in this county, drove into the
city a pair of young horses which are
about the prettiest, beat developed
colts for their ages ever seen In this
part of the country. They are two
and a half years old and arc perfect
ly tractable in harness and In appear-
snee are aa perfect as most horses
of three snd four years old. The pair
attracted attention on the streets and
elicited much comment about what
can be done in raising good stock In
Georgia.
BLACK SUNDAY ANNIVERSARY.
St, Petersburg, Jan. 21.—Tomorrow
is the sixth anniversary of "Black
Sunday,” when Father Gapon led a
parade of strikers to preisnt a peti
tion to the Cxar at the Winter Palace
