started at once, and premises made
and kept spotless during the spring
and summer.
The fly and mosquito are our ene
mies and no place where their breed
ing may bo accomplished should ho
allowed to exist.
Here arc a few suggestions that
should he followed In the spring
clean-up:
1. Keep premises clear of weeds,
brush and tin cans.
2. Abolish all open water con
tainers.
3. Screen houses with close-mesh
screen, tightly fitted,
4. Cover water containers In yard
water closets.
5. Keep house gutters clear of
water.
6. Use bed nets if necessary.
7. Report and care for all fever
cases.
8. Keep fever cases In screened
rooms or under bed nets.
9. Consult your doctor In regard
to protective measures.
10. Correct refrigerator drainage.
Every householder can follow these
suggestions without any great diffi
culty or Inconvenience, and everyone
owrs It, not only to his or her own

community.
