Funeral Hold From
Methodist Church
Tho funeral services for Mrs. Joseph
II. Dorsey, wife of CapL J. H. Dorsey,
who died on Thursday evening, were
held from the First Methodist church
yesterday at 5 p. m., conducted by
Rev. Walter Anthony, aselstod by Rev.
E. L. Hill, of the First Presbyterian
church, and her remains were laid
to rest In Oconee cemetery.
Mrs. Dorsey was one of the most
beloved women In Athens, and hun-
drsds of friends fool a distinct lots

Farmer Boy Is
Given Life Term *v
Murdering Comrade
(By Associated Press)
Warsaw, Ind., June 10.—Virgil
Decker, aged 19, a farmer boy was
found guilty of murder In the first de-
greo of Leroy Lovett, his associate,
by a Jury In circuit court here to
night and sentenced to life Imprison
ment. When the verdict was read and
sontence passed, Decker maintained
the nonchalant attitude that charac
terized him during his trial. He seem
ed In excellent spirits as he was led
back to bis cell.
