The petition of P. D. Taylor,
of the County of Fulton, said
State, C. E. Hutchins and Wilba
Moore of the County of Jackson,
said State, respectfully shows:
1. That they desire for them
selves, their associates and succes-,
sors, t 0 be incorporated and made
a body politic under the name and
styvle of MOORE MULE COMPANY
for a period of twenty years with
the privilege of remewal.
2. The principal office of said
company shall be in the City of
Athens, Clarke <County, Georgia,
but petitioners desire to have the
right to establish branch offices in
this state Or elesewhere whenever
the holders of a majority of the
stock may so determine.
3. The object of said corpora
tion is pecuniary gain for itself
and its shareholders. ‘
4, The business to be carried on
by said corporation is that of
dealing in live stock, real estote,
lending money to be secured by
notes, bond, deed or otherwise, to
buy and own real estate and per
sonal property, to take the same
as security or otherwise and to do
generally any business connected
with barter and exchange for a
profit. 5
5. The capital stock of said cor=
poration shall be three thousand
($3,000.00) dollars to be divided
in shares of one hundred dollars
each, with the privilege of in
creasing same to ten thousand
($10,000.00) dollars by a majority
vote of the stockholders.
6. Petitioners desire to have said
capital stock subseriptions paid in
money ors in property at a fair
valuation.
7. That said capital stock has
been fully paid in.
8. Petitioners desire the right
to sue and be sued, to plead and
be impleaded, to have and to use
a common seal, to make all nec
essary by-laws and regulations,
and to do all other things that
may be necessary for the success
ful carrying on of said business,
including the right to buy and te
hold, and to_ sell real estate and
personal property suitable to the
purposes of the corporation, and
to execute notes, bonds or other
evidences of indebtedness incur
red, in the conduct of the affairs of
the corporation and to secure the
same by mortgage, deed or other
wise or any other form of lien,
under exsiting laws.
9. They dcsire for said corpora
tion the power and authority to
apply for and aeccept amendments
to its charter of either form or
substance by a vote of a majority
of its stock outstanding at the
time. They also ask authority for
sald incorporation to wind up its
affairs, liquidate and discontinue
its business at any time it may
determine to do so by a vote of
two-thirds of its stock outstand
ing at the time.
" 10. Petitionérs desire for them
selves and successors the right of
renewal together with the rights,
privileges and immunities under
the laws.
Wherefore, petitioners pray to
be incorporated under the name
and style aforesgid with the pow
ers, privileges and immunities
which now exist or riay hereafter
exist. for incorporations of this
kind under the laws of Georgia.

option of Mrs. H, M. Rylee then
and thereby becomes due and pay
able frothwith, with expenses and
costs of collection and the amount
of such costs and expenses shall
be added to the amount of the in
debtedness accrued as part there
of and as such shall also be cov
ered, by the security of the above
described deed.
That the said D. €. Rodeheaver
agrees in said deed that in case
the debt thereby secured shall not
be paid when , due by maturity, in
due course or by reason of default
as above stated, Mrs. H. M. Rylee
may’ sell said property at auction
at the usual place for conducting
sales, at the courthouse, in the
county where the land lies, to the
highest bidder sot cash, first giv
ing four weeks notice of the time,
terms and place of such sale by
advertising one a week for four
weeks in a paper published in said
county. Said sale will be made in
pursuance of said power given in
said deed.

5. Said corporation, when inecor
porated, shall have the power and
authority to sue and be sued, con
tract and be contracted with, make
by<laws, not inconsistent with the
laws ‘of the state, and to exercise
all other rights incident to such
corporations. It shall also be au
thorized to purchase, hold, rent,
lease, mortgage and sell property,
real and personal, and to confract
debts and secure the same by
mortgage, deed of trust, or other
wise, for the uses and benefits of
said ceorporation.
6. The legal 'residence of said
corporation shall be 'in Athens,
Carke county, Georgia.
7. Petitioners affirm for said
new corporation and assume the
payment of any debts that may be
outstanding, business having been
carried on in ignorance of the ex
piration of said charter.

1. That they be made a body
corfporate under the name and
style aforesaid, entitled to all of
the rights, and subject to all of
the liabilities as now fixed by law.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed proposals will be receiv
ed by the Board of Commissioners
of Roads and Revenue for Clarke
County, Georgia, at their office in
the Court House until 3:30 P. M.,
Eastern Standard Time, on the 21st
day of November, 1933, for fur
’nishing all labor and equipment
and other things necessary for the
construction of Princeton School
in the 1467th District, G. M. of
Clarke County.
The School is to be a four
teacher school, constructed of
brick veneer on wood frame, with
composition roof. The size of the
'huilding is approximately,K 60 feet
by 100 feet.

ten (10) days after the notice of
award of contract, and shall be
completed within sixty working
days.
Plans and specifications are on

day of December, 1933, an election
will be held at all of the voting or

bonds to the amount of $50,000.00
shall be issued by the Mayor and

to be applied to making certain
improvements in the vcity water
works system, and laying water
mains and sewers.
