photo, The tank is shown suspended under the plane'’s fuselage. In landing, the wheels of the i
are lowered. The tank, its inventor asserts, is capable of traveling 65 miles an hour with caterpilla
attached and 90 miles an hour without them. Its adeption is being considered by the U. S. government
