Avenue 257.5 feet East of Milledge
Avenue, this point being at the
intersection of a 20 foot alley with
Morton Avenue; thence along said
alley in a southeasterly direction
242.4 feet to'a point; thence in a
northerly direction 185 feet to
Morton Avenue; thence along
Morton Avenue in a westerly di
rection 189.5 feet to the beginning
point; this property being in the
shape of a triangle, and known as
No. 140 Morton Avenue.
The above described property
having been conveyed by Sara K.
Hawkins to the said Trust Com
pany of Georgia to secure a prom
issory note dated February 22,
1930, for the principal sum of
$3,600.00, which note was duly
transferred to the Metropolitan
Life Insurance Company, and the
said Metropolitan Life Insurance
Company as thy, owner and holder
of said note has declared the en

failure to pay installments of
