In Memory Lo
In merory of our dear husband
and father, Mr. Dan Glenn, who
passed away one year ago today,
January 24, 1945. ‘
One year has passed since that
: sad day,
But to us it seems just like today.
Your cHair is still vacant and
always will be,
Because no one can never fill
- your place. -
The things you did and the words
you said,
Will linger with us from day to
day.
Our hearts are broken and sad
with tears,
For such a good husband and
father we've lost, -
But God hath not promised us
sun without rain, e
And flowers blooming along our
pathways,
Not even roads to travel without
mountains,
And always smiles without tears.
But he has promised us rest and
everlasting life. .
In that life we' are prawing to
meet you,
There we shall see you and dwell
forever. : '_ -
