incorporated on the 28th day of
July, 1906, and said charter was
renewed and amended by order
of the Superior Court of Clarke
(.Bounty, Georgia, on the 16th day
of July, 1926.
3. This petition is brought for
the purpose of amending said
charter, renewing the same for an
additional period of thirty-five
(35) years, and to re-incorporate
said corporation under the cor
porafion Act of 1938; the propos
|ed amendment, re-incorporation,
and renewal of said charter has
been favorably voted for and
consented to by the required
number of stockholders at a reg
ular meeting of the stockholders
as shown by the certificate of the
Secretary of said corporation
hereto attached and made a part

ated under the Corporation Act
