As Vibrant Energy is Released
To Every Muscle, Fibre, Cell
Do you get up in the mornings still
tired, feel down-and-out all day? Have
you checked-up on your blood strength
lately? Overwork, undue worry, cold, flu
or other iliness oftén wears down the
red-biood-ceiis.
Every day—every hour—millions of
tiny red-blood-cells mugt pour forth
from the marrow of your bones to re
place those that are worn-out. A low
blood count may affect you in several
ways: no appetite, underweight, ne
energy, a run-down condition, lack of
resistance to infection and disease.
To get real relief you must keep up
gour blood strength, Medical authorities,
y analysis of the blood, have by posi
tive proof shown that SSBS Tonic is
amazingly effective in building up low
blood strength in non-organic nutri
tional anemia. This is due to the SSSB
Tonic formula which contains special
and potent activating ingredients.
Also, SSS Tonic helps you enjoy the
food you eat by increasing the gastric
digestive juice when it is non-organi
cally too little or scanty—thus the stom
ach will have little cause to get balky
with gas, bloat and give off that sour
food taste.
Don’t wait! Energize your body with
rich, red-blood. Start on SBB Tonic now.
As vigorous blood surges throughout
your whole bo?. greater freshness and
strength should make you eat better,
sleep better, feel better, work better,

Army Appeals To
High School Grads
The War Department is mak
ing a special appeal to the young
men who will graduate from high
school this year to volunteer for
n:ilitary service, according to
George T. Burpee, Exalted Ruler
of Athens, Ga. Lodge No. 790.
This word has been received by
the Elks National Veterans Ser
vice Commission which is cooper
ating with the War. Department
in its campaign to rvecruit 50,000
men required each month to keep
the Army on the footing so vital
tc national defense.
This year’s high school grad
uating class will be the first
since 1940 that will have the op
poitunity to enter the Army ser
vice on a voluntary bssis, and the
number of these graduates who
wvolunteer will be a factor inythe
colution of the problem of mili
tary manpower which has been
complicated by the ending of Se
lective Service.
The Army offers a real career
to young men graduating from
high school. Tt offers the benefits
or Army training and educational
facilitics, special schocis for guall
ified men, and college benefits
under the G, 1. Bill of Rights,
which will be operative until
Congress officially terminates
World War 11.
Young men about to graduate
from high school, who are inter
ested in the splendid career of
fered by the Army, may obtain
compiete information at the Elks
Leccge or the nearest Army Re
cruiting office.
