of paying a certain promissory

monthly installments of $20.00 on

after, the entire indebtedness, both
principal and interest, shall be
come immediately due and col
lectible, and made and executed by
the said Harold Ritenbery said
note being for $250.00 principal,
stipulating for interest from ma
turity at the rate of eight per cent
per annum, the total amount due
on said note being $115.00, princi
pal and interest, together with the
costs of this proceeding as pro
vided in such mortgage. A con
veyance will be executed to the
purchaser by the undersigned, as
authorized in the said mortgage..
