Beauty Find
Of The Year
1 Yardley comes up with the
‘brightest, most original beauty idea
in years! It's a special combination
package that features a box of
English Complexion Powder—in
one of three summer shades—with
a matching puff in the same shade
as the powder! The latter, espec
ially, deserves three cheers, not
only for its complete originality,
but also for solving a vexing, age
old beauty problem. What woman
hasn’t rebelled at the sight of a
discolored, powder-stained puff—
a problem which up to now has
been unsolved. Yardley’s matching
puff saves you the inconvenience
of frequent wasking to remove
stains, and remains one, even color,
the same color as your powder.
Another fastidious touch - puff
and powder are packaged in a
handy acetate container, an air
tight protection against dust and
dirt that gathers on your bathroom
shelf. |
And now a word about the sec=
ond partner of this beauty team -
Yardley English Complexion Pow
der. You can have your choice of
three richly - flattering, sun-tone .
shades; Gypsy, a deep, vibrantl
color for suntanned skins, Copper
Gold, a warm, amber tone for
golden complexions, and Rose-
Tan, a lighter variation of Gypsy._‘
(Matching puffs are packaged only |
with these three shades.) The first
two powders are being introduced
for the first time, and Rose Tan is
a favorite o several seasons. All
three, of course, nave the same
Juxurious texture and delightful
fragrance that has made English
Complexion Powder a world-loved
favorite.
To make a good story better,
Yardley is offering this beauty
treasure at the bargain price of
sl.oo—the regular cost of the pow
der alone! We’'ll wager there isn’t
a woman alive who doesn’t like
getting two things for the price of
one, especially when it’s a bargain
like this! But don’t delay. Yard
ley’s combination offer will be
available only during July and
August, o to e MRREY
