seribed in the by-laws of such |
corporation.
(4) To have all of the powers
and enjoy all of the privileges
enumerated in Sections 22-1827
and 22-1870 of the Code of Geor- |
gia of 1933 as amended, and all |
of the other powers and 'privil-l
eges enumerated in Chapters 22-
18 and 22-19 of said Code, and |
all of said powers and privileges‘
are made a part hereof to the|
same extent as if the same were

increase its Class A capital stock
to the total amount of $100,000.00
