they, and their associates and
succesors, have corporate author
ity to receive donations; to buy,
acquire, hold, improve, manage,
rent, sell, and convey realty and
personalty; to borrow money,; to
otherwise incur debts; to execute
note. or bonds to evidence debts
or money borrowed or otherwise
incurred; and to secure the pay
ment of any such debt or debts
by mortgage, security deed, deed
of trust, or other appropriate in
strument, to any realty or person
a'ty or both, that may be owned
from time to time by the corpor
ation.
6. Petitioners desire for said
corporation the right and power
to do all things necessary for the
accomplishments of the purposes
stated above and for said corpor
ation to exercise all of the pow
ers incident to and conferred up

corporation is pecuniary gain to

the general public, consisting of a
golf driving range, and such other
related lawful activities and en
terprises as may be deemed ad
visable to the stockholders.
(2) To operate a refreshment
concession in connection with such
place of business for the sale
and serving of food and beverages.
(3) To have all of the powers
and enjoy all of the privileges en
umberated in Sections 22-1827 and
22-1870 of the Code of Georgia,
1933, and all of the other powers
and privileges in Chapters 22-18
and 22-19 of said Code, all of said
powers and privileges being made
a part hereof to the same extent as
if the same were quoted herein in
full.

they be incorporated under the
name and style aforesaid, with all
of the rights and privileges here

necessary and incident to the con
duct of the business of said cor=
poration, and as may be allowed
like corporations under the laws
