CHRISTIAN SCIENCE
LESSON-SERMON
Services of Christian Science
Society are held in the Georgian
hotel Sunday mornings at 11:15
o’clock. Subject of the Lesson-
Sermon on Sunday, February 19 is;
MIND.
Sunday School 9:45 a. m. Wed
nesday of each month at 8 o’clock.
ing testimonies of healing through
Christian Science, are held at the
Georgian Hotel on the first Wed
nesday of each omnth at 8 o’clock.
The public is cordially invited.
Among the citations which com
prise the Lesson-Sermon is the fol
‘lowing from the Bible: O the depth
of the riches both of the wisdom
and knowledge of God! how un
searchable are his judgments, and
his ways past finding out! For of
him, and through him, and to him,
are all things: to whom be glory
for ever. Amen Rom. 11:33, 36
The Lesson-Sermon also in
cludes the following passages from
the Christian Science textbook,
“Science and Health with Key to
the Scriptures” by Mary Baker
Eddy: Science reveals only one
Mind, and this one shining by its
own light and governing the uni
verse, including man, in perfect
harmony, This Mind forms ideas,
its own images, subdivides and
radiates their borrowed light, in
telligence, and so explaines the
Scripture phrase, “whose seed is
in itself.” Thus God’s ideas “mul
tiply and replenish the earth.” The
divine Mind supports the sublimi
ty, magnitude, and infinitude of
spiritual creatton. S& H 510:28.
