done so easily and efficiently.
This School is to be conducted
by Mrs. Gwen O’Connell, Home
Economist for the Atlanta Branch
of Frigidaire Sales Corporation,
The programs each day are in
teresting and delightful and special
emphasis will be given to the plan
ning and preparation of enjoyable
meals to keep the family well
nourished, Mrs. O’Connell says,
“Feeding the family properly isn’t
always an easy job, but it is so
“vital.” Her program will stress;
enjoyable meals to keep the fami
ly well nourished, the-saving of
time and energy, and the practice
of thrift in th preparation and
planning of meals. “This is where
Your Frigidaire Refrigerator and
Frigidaire Food Freezer plays such
an important role in feeding the
family,” continues Mrs. O’Connell
If you like to try new recipes
and new ideas you will want to
add the recipe sheets that will be
given each day to your “family
favorites.” The recipes are timely
and the procedures are up to the
minute. The cooking principles
to be emphasized are modern and
designed to conserve the nourish
ment as well as appetite appeal in
food. “You won’t be afraid. to try
new methods or new ideas, as a
Frigidaire Range is up to any
cooking task” says Mrs. O’Con
nell. “Fowever,” she continues,
“you can use your same tried and
true recipes, your same utensils if
you prefer doing so.”
Make a ring around the dates
