MOULTRIE, Ga.—Grand Cham
pion Polled Hereford bull at the
fifteenth anniversary show and
sale at the Livestock Auditorium
here last week was SFR Trumode
3", a grandson of the 1944 Nat
ional Grand Champion Trumode
Domino Bth, shown by Santa Fe
River Ranch, Alachua, Florida,
and was sold to M. D. Cape, Cor
dele, Ga., for S9OO. Manager Bill
Snead of the ranch commented,
“This is one of the best bulls we
have yet produced.”
R. A. Shearer, Rome, Ga., won
Reserve Champion bull on MHF
Rollo Domino 16”, which sold to
W. C. Cock, St. Marys, Fla., for
$605. Mr. Shearer made a clean
sweep in the female division by
showing the Grand and Reserve
Champions, Grand being MHF R.
Domino 15” and Reserve being
MHF Rollo D. Lady 25”, R. E.
Currin, Broxton, Ga., having the
last bid of $630 on the former and
SSOO on the latter.
Dr. Milton P. Jarnagin judged
the cattle most satisfactorily, giv
ing a lecture on each animal and
complimrenting the breeders show
ing at the halter, anad then plac
ing the remainder of the cattle for
sale order,

Bavarian Alps, into a “mountain
of science.”
More than $1,428,000 have been
