value common stock. All or any
portion of the authorized common

as it shall fix and determine. In

sequent issues, the said stock of

(f) To operate stores and ware
houses for the wholesale or retail
of general merchandise, feed
stuffs, seeds, fertilizers and any
and all other products needful and
necessary in connection with said

(g) To have all of the powers
and enjoy all of the privileges
enumerated in Section 22-1827
and 22-1870 of the Code of Geor
gia and all of the other powers
and privileges enumerated in
Chapter 22-18 and 22-19 of said
Code and all of the powers and
privileges enumerated therein and
made a part hereof to the same
extent as if the same were quoted
herein;
4. The time for which said cor
poration is to have existence is
thirty-five (35) years.
5. The amount of capital with

Hinesville Relocation Corpora

7. Petitioner’s charter was
granted by this Honorable Court
on the 20th day of December,
1940, and said charter was ac
cepted by the organizers of said
corporation and since that - time
has functioned as a corporation.
2. Petitioner, on, to wit, the 19th
day of February, 1943, filed with
thiss Honorable Court a petition
for an order granting certain
amendments of the charter; and,
by order dated the 17th day of
May, 1942, this Honorable Court
declared the same granted.
3. At a special meeting of the

all members of the Board were
present and voted, a resolution

1. Petitioner’s charter was
granted by this Honorable Court
on the 21st day of January, 1949,
and said charter was accepted by
the organizers of said corporation
and since thag time petitioner has
functioned as a corporation.
2. Petitioner shows that at a
meeting of the stockholders of
such corporation, duly called for
that purpose, pursuant to a call of
the directors, a resolution was
adopted by the affirmative vote of
the owners of the entire capital
stock of petitioner, resolving that
the corporation shall surrender its
charter and franchise to the state
and be dissolved as a corporation,
a certified copy of the resolution
is hereto attached.
3. Petitioner shows that such
dissolution may be allowed with

4-H Ambassadors
To Visit Europe
There will be a bit of Georgia
in Norway, England, Germany,
Greece and Turkey this summer.
Farms in these countries have
been selected as the summer
“homes” for the five former Geor
gia 4-H Club members who are
delegates under the International
Farm Youth Exchange program.
Katy Adkins, Crisp County;
Carol Sirmans, Berrien County;
and Harold Joiner, Laurens Coun~
ty, will said June 10 aboard the
MS Nelly out of New York. They
will be bound for Norway, Eng
land and Germany respectively.
Robert Jones, Union County,
and Hansel Wilson, Bartow Coun
ty, will leave two days later on
the Export Line’s SS Vulecania,
headed for Greece and Turkey.
Before sailing fromm New York,
the young Georgians will join other
IFYE delegates in Washington for
a week-long orientation course.
They will study the history, lang
uage and agriculture of the coun
tries they are to visit, and will be
commissioned “grass roots am
bassadors” through a cooperative
arrangement with the State De
partment.
The Georgia delegates were
chosen on a basis of their out
standing 4-H Club work and lead
ership ability. Miss Adkins was a
national girls’ record winner in
1948 and was awarded a S4OO gen
eral excellence scholarship. Sir
mans was Georgia 4-H marketing
winner in 1946, and that year re
ceived a 1,600 poultry scholarship.
Joiner, in 1948, was state cham
pion in both gradening and leader
ship. Last year he won top honors
in the rural youth talk meet spon
sored by the Farm Bureau. Jones
was state 4-H corn champion in
1947 and ‘4B, and in the latter
year won the fruit and vegetable
award. Wilson was recognized as
the outstanding 4-H Club member
in Bartow County in 1948.
Following their visits overseas,
the delegates will make speeches
