road. The Pineiiurst and Findlay
roads fork just below Bush's house.

and McCormick lived on the left
hand prong while McCormick’s
mother lived up further on the
right hand prong. Bush and Mc
Cormick had had consiileraoie dif

very bitter. Bush had ordered
him not to pass the road in - front
of his house and told others that
