FARMER STABBED.
Charley Clewis, an aged and
prosperous farmer living near Una:
dilla, was seriously stabbed on Wed
nesday morning by Ran Bodery,
another farmer.- The difficulty was
over the settlement of a bale pf cot
ton whioh Bodery bod sold. Clewis
was stabbed seven times in the back,
face and arms, but it is not thought
the wounds will prove fatal. A war
