In Phi ladelphia, We. observe, from an extract of observations made there, that on the 6th inst. the Mercury ill Farenheit’s Scale, from 76 and three-tenths, deg. before stin rife, had risen at 2 P. M. to the aim oft unparallelled height of one 100 and three tenths. And at Norfolk, (fays the Public Ledger of the 10th inst.) “We do not remember to have experienced so warm wea ther as the iaft three days; yes terday in many parts of the town the mercury was up to 97, in a cool paflage it was from two o’- clock to five at 95, and at seven in the evening at 93.’* Savannah paper July 24. .
