Webb, flaring that he was
pofteiTed of a Deed of bargain
and sale, which pafied between
your Petitioner & Francis Webb
on the 28th day of March 1794,
for the conveyance of two hun
dred acres of Land in the Coun
ty of Elbert, joining Wingfield,
I.ow’ry, and others, and that
laid Deed is loft or destroyed,
a copy of which together with
sundry affidavits proving the
fame, are lodged in the Clerk’s
Office of said County. Your
Petitioner therefore prays an or
der or rule of this Honorable
Court to eftabhfh the laid Deed
agreeable to the statues and rules
of Courts in such cases made
and provided.
And on motion of Counsel it
is ordered that a copy of this
rule be publ fned in one of the
Public Gazettes of this State at
lead fix months before the next
Term, at which time a copy of
said Deed will be established,
unless cause be fliewn to the con
trary.
