At the conclusion of the cere mony and after the happy couple had received the congratulations of a host of friends, the bridal party left on the vestibule train, Mr. Austin stopping in Atlanta, and Messrs. Martin and Hobbs at this point, while Mr. and Mrs. Dean proceeded on an extended bridal tour to Washington, New York and other eastern cities. The groom, though yet a young man, is a member of the Gaines ville liar, who is fast attaining eminence in his profession, and is with all very popular with the people. The bride is well known and greatly loved and admired in this city, she having come nrong us as a summer visitor, and it was while here that the acquaintance was formed that culminated in an engagement and subsequent mar riage to Col. Dean. Gainesville society has reason to congratulate itself on securing so valuable an accession as Mrs. Deap will prove.
