It was a grand gathering to be

The meeting was harmonious,
about three-fourths of the crowd
being straight-out for the Peo
ple's party.

Town Creek has been boasting
of pretty girls, and Johnnie Hel
ton, the bachelor, who resides
near Louilsvillo post-office, heard
the news and saw that it was not
“good to live alone,” as he had
been'baching for about seven or
eight years. So o.i last Sunday
morning lie was happily united in

Rev. D. S. Crindle performed
the ceremony in the. presence of a
very large crowd of spectators at
the residence of the bride’s moth
er, after which they all repaired

py couple returned to Airs. Sea-
bolts in company with a large
crowd of friends and relatives,
and partook of a very sumptuous
dinner, after which Johnnie and
his new bride set out for their fu
ture. home. Our best wishes go
with them.

who arc rapidly preparing to
have it thoroughly tested. Sixty
