county Sunday. lie says he was

Upon considering the foregoing pro
ceedings and tlie report of the commiss
ioners, it is ordered that the same be ap
proved and entered on tlie minutes of
court and that the district be known as
“Chattahoochee,” and ordered farther
that these proceedings tie published at
the court house door for thirty days and
in the Cleveland Progress, and a copy
