Death of an Aged Citizen.

Kirhardson, one of the most aged
and respected citizens of this

at the lesidence of the bride’s
father, Rev. J. J. Kimsey per
formed tho ceremony that united
Mr. A. IL Henderson Jr., and
Miss Josie Kytle, in the bonds of
matrimony. Mr. Geo. S. Kytle
and Miss Fannie Kenimer, and
Mr. Ed. Stancell, and Miss Janie
Haynes, were the attendants.
The bride is the daughter of
Col. 0. 11. Kytle, who has served
our county so long as school com
missioner, and is one of the most
intelligent .inti cultured ladies in
the land.
Mr. Henderson is well known
here as an •liicient school teacher
and a business young man of
great promise. The new married
couple went to Loudsville the
following day, where they will
make their home—Mr. Henderson
being engaged in the mercantile
business at that place. The Pnn-
iirkss wishes them prosperil y and
happiness.

Mr. I). C. Weslmoieland and
Miss Hattie Cannon, both of Na-
cooehee, were joined in marriage
by J. K. Lumsden Esq., at the
residence of Mr. James Camion,
the father of tlie bride.
Mr. W estmoreland is lhepopu-<
lar young contractor of the Na
eooehee and Clarkesville mail
line, and the bride is one of the
fairest of Nacoochee's daughters.

The preachers meeting was or
ganized by llev. II. M. Newton
in the Methodist church ill Cleve
land, April the 22 189.1. Kev.
Albert Hell was elected president,
(’. W. Ledford secretary. It is
to he held monthly, on Saturdav
p. m., before the forth Sunday.
It will be the duty of all local
preachers and exhort res to attend
regularly. We trimt and pray
that it may he a great help
to the promotion of the church i
of our blessed Master, not only
the church at Cleveland hul
throughout the bounds of this
grand work. May God bless our,
