Mortgage deed, bearing date the day
and year aforesaid, whereby tp.y de
lendent promised, on or before the Ist
day of January, 1860, to pay the
plaiiitifl, or bearer, Eight thousand
dollars for value received; And that,
afterwards, on the day and year afore
said, the defendent. the better to secure
the payment of said note, executed and
delivered to the plaintiff his Deed of
Mortgage, whereby the said defendant
mortgaged to the plaintiff his interest
in lots of land numbers 215, 233, and
234, two-thirds of lot number 235, and
GO acres of lot number 247, in the Gth
district and 3d section of said county
of Bartow, containing, in all, 646?
acres, more or less ; And it further ap
pearing that said note remains unpaid ;
It is, therefore. Ordered, that the said
defendant do pay into court, on or be

therefore, the principal, interest and
costs due oil said note, or show cause
to the contrary, if any he can ; And
that, on the failure of the defendant so
to do, the equity of redemption in and
to said mortgaged premises be forever

Hiram Kel ev, late of said State and County,
but has since removed without the limits of
said State, made and executed to the said Wil
liam Gdstrap, a Deed, hearing date the 14th
day of October, 1857, to lots of land numbers
325, 324, 326. 254, 253, and half of 327, all in
the 3rd district and 2nd section of the State
and county aforesaid, and that said original
has been lost, and having prayed said copy,
which is sworn to, should he established in lieu
of the original. It is, therefore, ordered, tha 1
said Hiram Kelley show cause, (if any he can)
at the next tern of the Superior Court of said
